I had an outstanding stay at this hotel in Rome. The hosts, Walter and Bella, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even went out of their way to walk us to a nearby bar so we wouldn't miss the football game. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with a super comfortable bed. The bathroom was elegant and clean. The location was perfect for us as we enjoy walking, with all the main attractions within walking distance but away from the tourist crowds. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh sweet pastries and excellent coffee.
Everything was perfect, no improvements necessary.

The location of this B&B is perfect for those who want to explore the city's tourist areas. It is situated just next to a bus stop and only a short distance from the Vatican. Previous guests have mentioned how clean and comfortable the rooms are, with all necessary facilities provided. the breakfast is also worth mentioning, with a wide variety of tasty options available.
One negative aspect of the hotel is that a certain facility was not available in some of the bathrooms due to a previous guest's accident. this is a minor issue and does not detract from the overall positive experience.

The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our experience. the value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for the room and the additional amenities provided. The location was perfect for our needs as tourists, especially because of its proximity to the Vatican. Additionally, the staff and service were outstanding. The friendly and polite staff went out of their way to provide us with all the information we needed, guiding us to nearby stores and offering helpful tips for transportation. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with the added bonus of having a balcony and a private bathroom. The bathrooms were particularly impressive with their size and cleanliness. Lastly, the breakfast served at this hotel was simply delicious. The coffee was top-notch and the fresh sweet pastries were a delightful way to start the day.

Enjoyed comfortable accommodation during business trip at this property. The large clean room with balcony was a plus. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful offering direction and tourist information. Also, the tasty and filling breakfast with a variety of choices, including tea and coffee was very satisfying. Conveniently located close to metro and bus stations, ideal for getting around the city. Best aspects included comfortable bed and spotlessly clean bathroom.
Location was not optimal for experiencing Rome’s central sights since it was slightly out of the way. Be prepared to walk a little, however, with the nearby transportation options, this shouldn't pose too much of a problem.
